Tubing on Provo River
Open May 1 through September 30.
Float down the Provo River on our heavy-duty tubes, covered with a protective nylon and handles. The tubing adventure on the Provo includes a shuttle up from our parking area in front of Vivian Park to Deer Creek reservoir for a 5 mile float. We strongly recommend that tubers be 14 years or older or 5'4" and weigh between 100 - 275 lbs. Inflatable kayaks, Rafts and Linking two tubes together (tube linking option good for kids 12-14 with strong, capable adult swimmer) are better and safer options for kids and Adults who don't fall under the recommended age, size and weight. Wetsuits and booties are available to rent and are necessary in May and early June. Tubing on the Provo River is strenuous and requires good swimming skills and physical fitness. You will encounter bridges, rapids, low-hanging branches, rocks, cold water and other obstacles. Group discounts available. We can fasten two tubes together with webbing and we have floating coolers to store your bottled water and drinks. Shuttle runs four times a day on weekdays and every hour on weekends and holidays.
